      CANNOT CLOSE!

      I downloaded this app and have been unable to close it for months! I can’t shut down my computer. I tried to install the newest Mac OS update and couldn’t because this app won’t shut down. It’s just an ad. I updated another software, but can’t open it now because I need to update my OS, which I can’t do now because of this app. Has anyone figured out how to close this app?

      Lesson Learned not what I Expected

      Once I opened it I could not get it to work, could not close it and could not get rid of it. Just an ad forum with no functional value. Just hope I can remove it from my computer. Do not get this one!!!!

      Now that I have this app I can't quit the app. I can't shut down my computer. I can't delete the app. I can't do anything. HELP!!!!!
